Your data is only used by the specific clinic you interact with to facilitate your treatment and schedule. DentalOS acts as a software provider for these clinics. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third-party advertisers or external marketing agencies.

3. Meta (WhatsApp) Integration

Messages sent via our WhatsApp integration are processed securely to provide you with automated reception services. This includes responding to your queries, proposing appointment slots, and sending appointment reminders. By messaging the clinic via WhatsApp, you consent to this automated processing to facilitate your care.

4. Data Deletion and Your Rights

Patients have full control over their personal data. You may contact your clinic directly to have your records, chat history, or profile permanently removed from the DentalOS system at any time. We comply fully with data privacy requests initiated by our partner clinics on behalf of their patients.
